Curaçao, Carmabi, 2018

In 2018 I was awarded the Arts Council Travel and Training Award from Arts Council of Ireland to participate in a residency at the Caribbean Marine Biological Institute, Carmabi, Curaçao. 

Collaborating with Dr Laurent Delvoye a marine biologist, using a full spectrum camera to capture the marine oriented environment researching historical, cultural and terrestrial aspects of Curaçao. In 2020 I experimented with still imagery and colour printmaking techniques.

In 2021 I was awarded the Professional Development Award from the Arts Council of Ireland and am currently working on a new film piece under the mentorship of John Beattie.
